ThatReceipt ("we") provides an AI receipt scanning service at thatreceipt.com.

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We use them to identify your account.
• Receipt photos. Photos you scan are sent to our server only to run AI extraction, and are not stored on our servers. If you connect Google Drive, photos are saved to a "ThatReceipt" folder in your own Google Drive using the drive.file permission, which only allows access to files created by this app.
• Expense records. The text fields you save (date, merchant, category, amount, notes) are stored in our database so you can view and export them. You can delete any record at any time.
• AI processing. Receipt images are processed by Google Gemini to extract text fields. Images are not used to train models.
• Marketing. We only send marketing email, or share your email with third-party partners, if you have expressly opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Analytics and security. We use Google Analytics (usage statistics) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).
